Heavy equipment operator / road crew member
The town of Pomfret has an immediate opening for a motivated individual to join our road crew. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 year experience operating excavators, graders, wheel loaders and roadside mowers. Previous highway maintenance, snowplowing and construction experience is preferred. A CDL class B is required.
This is a full time position that requires a flexible schedule which may include overtime, nights and weekends.
Starting pay of $25-$30 per hour commensurate with experience and full benefits package.
