The Bridgewater Cemetery Commissioners are accepting bids for the mowing of six Town Cemeteries. This will be a three (3) year contract, beginning July 1, 2025, with a quality review after the first year. The successful bidder will be responsible for spring and fall cleanup and weekly or as needed mowing and trimming of the following cemeteries (a spec sheet can be obtained from the Town Clerk). All six cemeteries must be in first class condition for the Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day weekends.
Mount Pleasant Cemetery – Gold Coast Road Baker Hill Cemetery – Baker Hill Rd. Topliff Cemetery – Hale Hollow Rd. Mendell Cemetery – North Bridgewater Rd. North Bridgewater Cemetery – Atwood Lane. Bridgewater Hill Cemetery – Bridgewater Hill Rd. The legal voters of the Town of Bridgewater, Vermont are hereby warned and notified to meet at the Bridgewater Community Center located at 76 Southgate Loop, Bridgewater, VT in said town on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at seven o’clock (7:00 pm) in the evening to transact the following business:

Shall the voters authorize the elimination of the office of Town Lister in accordance with 17 V.S.A. 2651c(b)(1) and replace with a professionally qualified assessor who shall have the same powers, discharge the same duties, proceed in the discharge thereof in the same manner, and be subject to the same liabilities as are prescribed for Listers or the Board of Listers under the provisions of Title 32?
