NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Public hearings will be held before the West Windsor Development Review Board (DRB) on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Town Hall and via Zoom to consider the following:
Application #2949 by Kenneth Parrot for a variance to replace a historic barn in its existing location on the side property line, at 1360 Sheddsville Road (parcel #05-067). The application is subject to review under Sections 3.9 A(2) and 9.8 of the West Windsor Zoning Bylaws.
Application #2944 by William W. Yates to use the existing garage on parcel 03-214.003 at 340 Route 44 for a landscaping/excavation business and includes site improvements. The DRB will review the proposal as a low-impact non-residential use under site plan and conditional use criteria outlined in Sections 5.1 and 5.2; and Sections 3.3, 3.10, 3.11, 3.14, 4.2, 4.8(E)(H), 4.15, 4.16, 4.22 of the West Windsor Zoning Bylaws.
The public hearing will be preceded by a site visit to the subject parcels on October 14 at approximately 6:00 and 6:15, respectively.
The above applications are available for inspection at the Town Office. Persons wishing to be heard may do so in person or be represented by an agent or attorney. Communications about the application may be filed in writing prior to or at the hearing. Participation in this proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
