On Thursday evening, May 28, the Woodstock Selectboard held a public meeting to interview applicants and appoint two individuals to serve as interim selectboard members until a later election in August. Following the recent resignations of former selectboard chair Ray Bourgeois and former vice chair Laura Powell, the board had been opperating with just three members.
Gay Travers and Dick Sweeney were selected to fill the two vacant seats.
