Sustainable Woodstock hosted a canning workshop at The Kitchen at Mission Farm

Last Thursday and Saturday mornings, Sustainable Woodstock hosted canning workshops at The Kitchen at Mission Farm. Heather Knoll and Jenevra Wetmore instructed participants in how to safely can more than 100 pounds of tomatoes, the results of which will be enjoyed by participants as well as donated.
