In spite of pockets of windy and rainy weather, the 45th rendition of the Quechee Hot Air Balloon Festival filled the skies over Vermont and New Hampshire last weekend. Spectators enjoyed balloon launches from the Quechee Green Park, balloon rides, craft vendors, live music, the beloved Balloon Glow, and much more.
