ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF HEARING
A public hearing of the Pomfret Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held at 7:00 PM on June 24, 2025, in person at the Pomfret town office, 5218 Pomfret Road, North Pomfret, Vermont, and by Zoom (dial-in instructions below), to hear the following:
Application ZP25-11 by Four Lite Designs, LLC (on behalf of property owner Alan Ricks) for conditional use approval (and/or approval of a waiver or variance, if necessary) to replace the existing private bridge spanning the Pomfret Brook and located in the special flood hazard area thereof at 2568 Pomfret Road (Parcel No. 0124).
A site visit will precede the hearing at 6:30 PM on June 24, 2025.
The application is available for inspection at the Pomfret town office, 5218 Pomfret Road, North Pomfret, Vermont, and on the town website at pomfretvt.us/index.php/dep/planning-zoning/zo/. Participation in this proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to make any subsequent appeal.
